Krishen Mehta

Krishen Mehta

Krishen Mehta was a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1989 to 2008 based in the Tokyo office. He served in PwC's offices in New York, London, and Denver, before assuming leadership for the office in Tokyo in the area of tax and global mobility. He had regional responsibility in Asia, and worked closely with the offices in China, South Korea, Singapore, India, and Malaysia.

At present Krishen is on the Board of Advisors of Global Financial Integrity, an NGO based in Washington DC and engaged on policy initiatives to stem capital outflows from developing countries. He is also a Director of Asia Initiatives which provides support for Microcredit Banks and Educational entrepreneurs in South Asia. He serves on the Asia Advisory Council of Human Rights Watch in New York. And since July 2008, Mr. Mehta has been an Advisor to Aspen Institute Business and Society Program.

Vivek is a Venture Partner with McKinsey & company, New York. Previously he worked with firms including IBM, Seer Technologies and Versata. He received his Bachelors in Technology from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Sadna Samaranayake

Sadna Samaranayake

Sadna is the Founder and Managing Partner of B Inclusive. She has consulted on strategy, barriers to scale, effective messaging and knowledge products for various social enterprises and development sector organizations. Her clients include The World Bank, The World Bank Institute, BRAC, Vision Spring and Ashoka's Full Economic Citizenship Initiative. Her work has ranged from developing innovation competitions to source best practices and innovation in the urban sector, to designing housing microfinance funds, to scaling up methodologies to graduate the ultra poor from extreme poverty conditions. She holds a Masters degree in Social Entrepreneurship and International Development from New York University.

John J. Korbel

John J. Korbel

John J. Korbel is a Former Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers (1981 - 2007) and currently an Associate Advisor with the TechPar Group (TPG). John comes with extensive experience in risk management and compliance; strategic planning; organization development; large scale project management; and education, training, and personnel development. John holds a PhD and MA in Economics from University of Colorado and a BA in History from Williams College.

Piyush Tewari is the Founder & President of SaveLIFE Foundation, an India-based non-profit, non-governmental organization focused on improving road safety and emergency care globally. For his efforts in this area, Piyush has been awarded the Ashoka Fellowship, the Echoing Green Fellowship and the Rolex Award for Enterprise. Piyush holds a Bachelors degree in Information Technology from University of Delhi.
